As a leader in the industry, we constantly adapt to new technologies and are looking for qualified individuals to join our growing team to support our efforts.We currently have an opening for an experienced Lead Audio Visual Programmer in Denver, Colorado.The Lead AV Programmer provides a professional level of knowledge in planning, installing, configuring, securing, maintaining, tuning, developing and using large, complex programs that comprise major segments of audio visual software.A successful candidate possesses programming skills with Audio Visual and video teleconferencing systems and extensive relevant experience regarding AV systems. • Provide control system design and programming
• Produce new program modules and interfaces
• Programs, loads, troubleshoots, and updates the software to optimize system performance, in addition to ease of access for non-technical users.
• Provide programming and technical direction to project team when needed
• Secures the complete installed AV solution according to industry best practices
• Design/program Control System and touch panel Graphical User Interface (GUI)
• Install control programs and touch panel design onsite, offsite, and remotely in physical systems
• Analyzes, tests, and implements system and software, ensuring operating system compatibility.
• Maintains current knowledge of Crestron Products, and their applications across a variety of audiovisual equipment, digital signage, and video conferencing
• Works with the customer on needs assessment for the UX/UI solution
• Perform commissioning and acceptance testing of code
• Test integrated systems and perform troubleshooting as needed
• Demonstrate and train customers on installed systems
• Travel to various job sites and provide installation support as requiredSkills and Abilities
  • Proficient in AV related programming languages
  • Knowledge of C# is a plus
  • Proficient in the use and configuration of network hardware, and route/switch technologies
  • Knowledge of Crestron NVX and other registered multicast AV over IP solutions
  • Knowledge of Unified Communications (UC) solutions
  • Proficient in uploading and downloading software in embedded systems
  • Proficient in control system design (Crestron/AMX)
  • Ability to diagnose, test and calibrate complex system problems
  • Knowledge of system security best practices and password management
  • Understanding of classified/unclassified video teleconferencing requirements and systems.
  • Understanding of computer networking and troubleshooting pertaining to A/V and video teleconferencing (VTC)
  • Understanding of DSP (Digital Signal Processing) best practices and programming
  • Ability to program, change and troubleshoot control & DSP systems
  • Ability to work and think independently and ensuring to meet deadlines
  • Effective communication and interaction with employees and clients
  • Valid Driver's License and a Motor Vehicle
  • Driving Record that meets CCS's standardsQualifications and Education Requirements
    • Minimum of a High School Diploma, Bachelor's preferred
    • At least 3 years of AV system programming is required
    • AV industry certification by AVIXA CTS, CTS-D, CTS-I preferred or the ability to obtain certification within six (6) months of employment
    • Creston Certified Programmer preferred
    • Crestron DMC-E preferred
    • Vendor-specific certifications (Harman, QSC, Biamp, etc.) a plusCompensationPay range $60,000 - $85,000.
