responsibilities Provide leadership for delivery of 24/7 service
operations Manage infrastructure services and ensure effectiveness
of services Support the ongoing management and maintenance of
various IT and OT systems Engage with internal stakeholders and
external partners to ensure service quality Support and advise the
regional IT and OT teams to be their trusted IT partner Build and
maintain relationships with all department heads, external
partners, and vendors in support of decisions regarding operational
activity and strategic goals. Orchestrate and lead technical teams,
vendors, consultants, and contractors Assess, pilot, Implement, and
support new systems and technologies Manage and respond to
escalations and take proactive steps to address root cause Make
decisions at a relevant authority level while knowing when to
engage upper management to seek guidance and assistance when
suggesting ideas and solutions to technical problems Interact with
all relevant technology services and operations teams in the
scheduling and implementing periodic maintenance of systems
hardware and software, including hardware and software upgrades and
system releases Implement and support technology infrastructure,
including but not limited to servers, backups, patching, networks,
and printing Coordinate and liaise with project managers and
solution deliveries Responsible for the alignment, agreement, and
documentation of service level targets and responsibilities - e.g.,
SLRs, SLAs to continually improve the performance of IT operations.
Develop and maintain information technology plans in accordance
with IT Strategy Implement manage disaster recovery procedures for
critical systems and technologies. Ensure that technology solutions
are delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner Ensure service
delivery management reporting, status reports, and upward
communications are meaningful Identify, manage, and control risks
of service transition. Assist with coordinating the transition of
projects from implementation to operations Assist with coordination
of service responsibility transitioning between internal and/or
external parties Monitor and improve user satisfaction with the
quality of service delivered Ensure effective utilization of
service provider resources to deliver maximum value to the business
SERVICE/PERSONALSKILLS Excellent written and verbal communication
skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a
meaningful way to a variety of audiences Track record of managing
and improving complex processes with highly effective
organizational, directional and problems solving skills as well as
planning for not only prioritizing work activities but also
anticipating shifts in priorities Ability to foster effective
working relationships and build consensus Thorough understanding of
an enterprise decision-making process Ability to understand
business processes from different business areas and work towards
their improvement Demonstrated experience working with external
parties such as service providers, contractors, and software
vendors. Strong analytical and trouble shooting skills, with the
ability to adapt and translate technical concepts in terms of
business impact Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
and time management Strong presentation skills Business Analysis
skills including creation of Project Documents Strong creative
thinking abilities Qualifications Must Have: Proven and existing
experience as IT Manager (5+ Years ) Must Have: Willingness to work
from the office Proven experience managing infrastructure and
information systems environment Proven experience managing and
maintaining Windows, Linux, & DB environments Strong knowledge of
Web Servers, Application Servers, and Databases 10+ years of
experience with desktop support and helpdesk functions. Experience
with file storage systems Demonstrable experience with software
hosting in the public cloud, preferably in Azure. Advanced
knowledge of ITIL and IT operational processes Advanced
understanding of IT operational monitoring and automation systems
Knowledge of Aruba/Fortinet equipment, including wireless,
switches, firewalls, etc. Strong knowledge of server hardware
knowledge such as rackmounts, blades, etc. (HP, Dell, IBM) Strong
experience with 3rd party tools such as Idera, Red-Gate, Solar
Winds, Nagios, etc. Strong network knowledge such as IP networking,
LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, whitelisting, DNS, DHCP, etc. Strong
knowledge of Windows DR and clustering technologies including MS
SQL mirroring, clustering, and availability groups Understanding of
SAN/NAS technologies Understanding of virtualization technologies
(VMware and Hyper-V) Willingness to travel within North America if
required Compensation and Benefits Salary type: Exempt Pay
Frequency: Bi-weekly Annual Base Salary Range: $140,000 - $150,000
Annual Bonus Target (Discretionary): 15% Paid Time Off (Annual): 3
weeks of vacation, 11 Company-paid holidays, sick and personal
