All applicants will receive equal consideration for employment regardless of gender, race, national origin, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, physical disability, religion, or length of time spent unemployed.General Summary:As Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for resolving Information Technology issues and providing responsive technical support including, identifying, researching, and solving Windows server, Active Directory, email, and networking problems. You are a continuous learner with a hunger for knowledge. You approach challenges as opportunities to improve. You value team members input from all levels and you actively seek ways to support your colleagues.You will sit directly with the IT Team, work in close collaboration with teams for all brands, and will report to the Manager of IT. Core Functions:

  • Performs the day-to-day network administration, support, maintenance, and monitoring of the internal server and storage infrastructure
    • Ensure timely and consistent patching of applications, infrastructure, and endpoints systems across the environment
    • With the support of the Operations Administrator, compile data to maintain IT hardware asset inventory, and enterprise SaaS product catalog
    • Work closely with the Manager, IT to define and execute IT infrastructure projects including server upgrades, SAN migrations, and network hardware refreshes
    • Work with external vendors and internal stakeholders to define and execute IT projects that return value through increased efficiency, cost savings, or other operational improvements
    • Monitors backup and disaster recovery processes and make recommendations for improvement
    • Tier 2 Support Escalation point for all help desk issues, assist staff in the diagnoses, troubleshooting, and resolution of work orders
    • Build documentation and assist IT operations staff with technical growth and development
      • Manage VoIP phone systems and collaborate with external stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement, and serve as a technical resource as required
      • Participates in special projects and other duties as assignedRequirements
        • Advanced knowledge of on-premise and hybrid cloud networking technologies including firewall and security management
        • Advanced understanding of Active Directory infrastructure, design, and implementation, in multi-tenant or hybrid cloud environments
        • Advanced knowledge of VMware or comparable virtualization technology
        • Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace Suite including API integrations
        • Demonstrated understanding of enterprise system security technologies including MFA and Zero-Touch authentication
        • Demonstrated understanding of database technologies (MS SQL/Aurora)
        • Experience working with and managing a service desk platform (JIRA, Kaseya, KACE, ServiceNow, etc.)
        • Experience with PowerShell, BASH, or other scripting languages
        • Excellent analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills
        • Excellent customer service skills

BenefitsCompensation:Peaksware is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role in Colorado is $64,187 - $106,979. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.This role is eligible for variable compensation including bonus.Benefits and Perks:Health
