The RoleOur Senior Technical Recruiter will play a critical role in leading BlockTal's professional services expansion across all markets. S/he will develop a deep network of blockchain consultants across the tech industry and fuel BlockTal's professional services team growth through strategic and consultative sales. The Senior Technical Recruiter will have the opportunity to hire and develop a best-in-class tech recruiting team to achieve long-term growth targets
How you'll help us to be successful

  • Build strong, long-lasting partnerships with crypto and blockchain consultants and leaders in the tech space
  • Develop and execute strategic expansion initiatives to spur rapid growth
  • Take ownership over the full life cycle of recruiting (sourcing through close)
  • Create amazing candidate experiences and thoughtful recruiting strategies
  • Partner extremely close with Hiring Managers to solve hiring problems on the fly
  • Review recruiting data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve hiring practicesWho you are
    • 4+ years experience in a full-cycle tech recruiting role
    • Deep knowledge of the best candidate sources and a passion for finding and connecting with technical talent
    • Excitement to work at a startup and to contribute to building help building and iterating on existing processes
    • Desire to expand your knowledge of the crypto industry
      Competitive Salary ( $50,000 - $80,000 base plus uncapped commissions. $50,000 - $100,000 first year commission expectations) Benefits Summary
