Remote Position Overview/Description: Provide a brief description of the responsibilities and accountabilities for this position. Describe operational, marketing, or technical responsibilities. As a Xerox IT supporting team member, you will ensure successful outcomes for our clients by providing a world class customer experience. You'll work closely with our clients, sales team, and peers to design, implement, and support Microsoft based products with emphasis on Office 365, SCCM, Exchange and AD solutions. A combination of deep technical expertise, strong sense of personal integrity, a professional demeanor, and a focus on building lasting client relationships will be critical to ensuring ongoing success for our organization and that of our clients. You will have contact with customers over the phone, email and case management systems to ensure status updates are being provided during engagements. Essential Responsibilities: This description is intended to be only a general outline of major responsibilities. It is expected that the employee performs these and any other activities which may be assigned, or which may occur in the normal course of work. Assist with related trouble cases within your tech team Design, install, configure, troubleshoot, upgrade, and support extensive cloud/on-premises Office solutions with clients Design, install, configure, troubleshoot, upgrade and support environments that provide key services including but not limited to, DNS/DHCP/AD services, etc.) Ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the data residing on or transmitted to/from/through customers environments Ensure proper case documentation and time entry Maintain client communications and expectations Leverage team members for escalation needs and provide as appropriate Assist as needed in phone queue for customer support needs Ensure proper customer asset documentation Minimum Qualifications: Indicate the minimum qualifications needed to effectively perform the essential functions and responsibilities of this position. Include all relevant knowledge, skills and abilities, including education and experience requirements. High School Diploma or equivalent required. 3-5 years in troubleshooting, migrating, and installing Office 365 products Familiar with the configuration and deployments via SCCM or similar deployment technologies Familiar with on-premises & could environments such as Azure and AWS Experience with VMware based environments Must have a valid driver's license Must maintain car insurance with company acceptable limits Ability to travel to customer sites using own vehicle, several times each week Preferred Qualifications: Indicate the minimum qualifications needed to effectively perform the essential functions and responsibilities of this position. Related Microsoft certifications A / MCDST MCSA Competencies: List the most critical competencies for this position. Strong oral and written communication skills Flexibility in task assignments, priorities and work environment Creative problem solver and desire to learn Ability to troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues Ability to gain knowledge of all proprietary tools Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
