Advanced Technical Support Rep (Hardware & Software) ? National
This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who likes to manage
their own schedule and takes pride in being the ?go-to? person for
their team?s technical quandaries! Our client is a national company
with wonderful stability and strong client market share. This role
is for a unique individual ? a blend of technical know-how of
printers (both consumer and commercial) as well as a natural
troubleshooting ability are building blocks to success. Since this
role has a high level of trust from the Regional Supervisor, this
role is ideal for someone who has a strong ability to prioritize
and service internal customers in the way they see fit.
This individual will provide IT support throughout a particular
territory in Denver. Daily interaction with key accounts is
crucial. Printer knowledge is required, 5+ years experience with
color printers (including calibration, instrumentation, color
management, etc.) is ideal.
Ability to install or upgrade new Operating Systems or Applications
in order to troubleshoot common PC/network issues is also

Other Technical experience
Must be proficient with MS Office, including Access and PowerPoint.
Also, functions like mail merges, creating complex formulae, and
creating presentations with sound and video is required.
High School Diploma or GED is required ? background check, drug
screen, and DMV check required.
