Description:1. HR - Employee onboarding, event planning, order supplies, maintain HR records2. Customer Service - communicates with customers via phone and email (including complaints)3. Computer Proficiency - Excel, Salesforce experience Our Client is seeking an Customer Service/HR Admin. to join their growing team. Candidates will be supporting the client's growth in several areas: Customer Service, HR record keeping and employee onboarding, event planning, and office management. Candidates can expect to:-Manage Customer Service phones and email address-Enter customer orders -Speak with customers regarding product complaints and issues-Customer complaint logging and record keeping-Maintain certification and credentials for employees for hospital and surgery room access-Maintain confidential HR records-Assist with onboarding of new employees-Ensure office supplies are ordered and at appropriate levels-Book and help plan events and travel for customersQualifications: BS business or related discipline (open to 0-2+ years experience with relevant degree and job or internship experience)Data entry skills including ExcelStrong customer service skillsAttention to detailAction orientedExperience with salesforce, netsuite or related technologyMS office suiteEvent planning and coordination About Aerotek: We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
