The Manager of Hiring, ensures we attract & hire the right people. You will be responsible for overseeing the hiring and onboarding processes from start to finish. Guiding both the candidates and hiring managers through the process. You will play a significant role in driving Gaia's growth, helping the company scale while maintaining alignment with the vision & mission. Responsibilities* Full life-cycle recruiting process across the company which can range from 10-20 openings at a given time* Partner with managers to develop a strategy around each position, creating the job description, posting & sourcing strategy* Advertise job openings on company's careers page and job boards* Manage candidates that apply and/or are referred, ensuring thorough follow up and excellent attention to detail* Walk candidates through the hiring process; make initial contact with qualified applicants via phone or email to complete pre-screening interviews* Assess candidate qualifications, alignment with Gaia's Mission and vision, and EQ* Manages the hiring process with hiring managers, schedules applicants for phone and on-site interviews* Develop and maintain relationships with employment agencies and other recruitment sources, including contract sourcing partners to ensure a full pipeline of candidates* Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits* Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs* Onboard new hires, maintaining and executing the onboarding process, ensuring excellent new hire engagement and startup* Offboard employees leaving Gaia. Qualifications* 3-5 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting or staffing experience* Demonstrated ability to multi-task, set priorities, and self-manage against tight timelines and aggressive expectations* Experience recruiting for ecommerce, technology, marketing or call center teams is a plus* Hard working and highly organized* Ability to maintain confidentiality and a high level of integrity in handling sensitive and confidential matters* Strong familiarity with an affinity for our content is a prerequisite to applying* Membership in Gaia is strongly preferred* Must be able to work in our office in Louisville, Colorado* US citizenship or an existing work visa is required* Non-smoker About Gaia Gaia exists as a transformational network to support a conscious global community.
