Job DescriptionDirector of Professional DevelopmentThe ideal candidate will have a proven record of excelling in a results-driven environment. Possess refined public speaking skills, and an established skillset in contract negotiations. Responsibilities:Utilizing excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to influence at all levels, this individual will support ongoing initiatives within the department while continuously striving for self-improvement to achieve and exceed objectives.Generate leads through various recruitment channels; proactively identifying and recruiting qualified doctors for our ClearChoice centers.Serve as a business partner in support of existing ClearChoice centers, ensuring our current and future recruitment needs are thoroughly supported and developed through productive and ongoing communication with administrators and doctors.Build long term relationships with prospective candidates, network doctors, and field operations to develop a strong pipeline of doctors necessary to support growth strategies.Help support the strategies for identifying, staffing and marketing new ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers.Travel to support client meetings, interviews, and presenting at industry or dental school events as needed.Qualifications:Minimum Requirements:Bachelors Degree.Strong knowledge and understanding of the dental implant industry. Must be flexible for heavy travel.Strong oral and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications:Minimum of three years of dental implant experience in a sales or management capacity with a proven track record of success.Database of contacts in the dental implant industry.
