About the Role:The TA Operations Specialist, Recruiting Systems Administrator, is an integral member of the Company's HR/Talent Acquisition (TA) department and will specialize in managing the configuration and maintenance of the TA iCIMS suite of products including Applicant Tracking, Offer Management, Career Sites, CRM, Digital Assistant, Text Engagement, and Video Studio.This position offers access to iCIMS Academy, Knowledge Base, Release Resources, and Events and Webinars and Certifications.Company OverviewWith roots dating to 1891 and 8,500+ employees, MYR Group is a publicly traded holding company of 13 specialty electrical construction companies. Our culture is built on shared values and mutual respect, where teamwork and collaboration occur naturally.Essential FunctionsSubject Matter Expert for ICIMS TA suite of productsProvide support for TA Team and organization regarding ICIMs products.Products: Applicant Tracking, Offer Management, Career Sites, CRM, Digital Assistant, Text Engagement, Video StudioConfigurations, mapping, workflows, links, Integrations, new releases and product updatesUser Management to include training for new hires and managersUser Training to include design, development, and lead training opportunitiesUser Support: TA Partners, HMs, Agencies, Candidates and ColleaguesInterface to ICIMS Technical SupportReport Writing and AutomationDashboard DesignTemplates Creation & ManagementJob Activation / DeactivationNew Feature/Function and Change ManagementQuarterly audit of employee data and job titlesTroubleshooting and escalationCreate and maintain Job Templates in ICIMSLiaison to HR Compensation Specialist to gather data to create Job Template in ICIMSVideo Creation for Careers PageMaintain Careers Website PagesEmployee Referral ProgramSchedule and coordinate the development of social media postings:Internal diversity postings in coordination with MarketingBoosting TA Partner job postings and shares initiativesTA SharePoint SiteMaintain TA Documentation and LinksDevelopment of new contentIforms creation/maintenanceSurvey creation/reportingDocuSign for contracts and iformsRecruiting Agencies Support: ICIMS OnboardingPartnership integration, site pages, support and analytics for a variety of TA toolsIndeed, LinkedIn, Handshake, Monster InHerSight, GoogleJobs, Appcast and other tools as requiredRegular and predictable attendanceOther duties as assignedEssential functions of this position are to be performed in a Company-designated office or field location; hybrid positionUnderstand and comply with the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics Policy and other industry-specific professional and ethical standardsAbout You:QualificationsMinimum 3 years of progressively-responsible experience in talent acquisition is requiredProven experience orchestrating and documenting recruitment processes and workflowsProven experience with report writing and dashboard creationValid systems administration/systems support experience including ATS/HCM/HRIS, iCIMS preferredExperience in ICIMS ATS/HCM systems implementation and/or maintenance preferredBachelor's degree in IT or HR related field preferred; combination of relevant education and experience considered in lieu of degreeKnowledge/Skills/AbilitiesAdvanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint) and Excel; knowledgeable of web-based softwareMotivated to deliver a high degree of customer serviceSkilled at prioritization of work, multi-tasking, time management, and organizational skillsCapable of handling extremely confidential and sensitive informationAbility to work within a team environment with a collaborative approach and independently with minimal supervision on assignmentsExcellent ability to learn and follow HR related compliance regulationsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProactive, self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentTeam player with a collaborative mindsetWhat We Offer:Compensation & BenefitsSalary $56,000-$72,000 / yearCommensurate with experience, paid weekly. Posted salary ranges are made in good faith.
