Job Description:
As a Corporate Trainer at iLending, you will play a pivotal role
in facilitating the development of our employees to ensure they
have the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in the area of
auto refinance. Your primary responsibility will be designing and
delivering training programs to teach Loan Consultants and
Operations roles how to lead our customers through the refinance
process. You will collaborate with various departments to identify
training needs and develop strategies to address them
effectively.Duties/Responsibilities:Design, develop, and update
training programs in absorb (LMS) tailored to the needs of the
sales and operations departments of iLending.Utilize instructional
design principles and adult learning theories to create engaging
and effective training materials, including presentations, manuals,
and multimedia content.Conduct engaging and interactive training
sessions, both in-person and virtually, for employees at all levels
of the organization.Utilize various training techniques and
methodologies to accommodate diverse learning styles and
preferences.Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through
assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, adjusting to
improve outcomes.Stay updated on Sales and Operational changes and
to keep materials up to date.Collaborate with department heads and
key stakeholders to identify training needs and priorities based on
business goals and performance gaps and compliance
standards.Communicate effectively with employees, managers, and
other stakeholders to promote training initiatives, gather
feedback, and address challenges.Continuously identify
opportunities for improvements and innovations in training delivery
methods and technologies.Education and/or Work Experience
Requirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.2-5 years
of experience as a corporate trainer.Detail-oriented and can learn
and teach auto-refinance procecces.Excellent presentation,
facilitation, and communication skillsAbility to work in a dynamic,
fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
simultaneously.Proficiency in using learning management systems
(LMS) and multimedia tools.Proficiency in using all Microsoft
applications.Proactive self-starter that works well
independently.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:The physical demands described
