Position: -Human Resources Equitable Process PartnerSchedule: -Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week.Starting Salary Range: *$55,000-$70,000*The stated starting salary pay range for this position is meant to reflect a range of where a typical entry level candidate would start and is not meant to be all inclusive. Your influence will not only impact the lives of youth and/or adults, but the community as a whole. -Laradon staff work extremely hard and are challenged every day, but they play a key role in supporting the well-being of the individuals that we serve.As a Human Resources Equitable Process Partner you will be a valuable asset to Laradon's mission by -ensuring that Human Resources practices, policies, and procedures are administered in an equitable manner. Leading the team in Employee Relations, this position will work with Department Directors to ensure equitable application of Human Resources practices including training, employee coaching and development, employee relations, performance management, safety, attendance policies, job descriptions, compensation, and recruitment methods. -No day is ever alike but you can generally look forward to the following responsibilities:

  • Carry out Employee Relations investigations and collaborate with other functional areas in the delivery of compliance programs and training to Employees. -
  • Ensure that Employee policies, procedures and practices are executed consistently, - fairly and in -compliance with local, state and federal law.
  • Serve as a consultant and expert on DEIB topics, initiatives, and programs
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to recommend recruiting and hiring strategies to attract employees from diverse backgrounds
  • Partner with Employee Development Specialist to develop learning and engagement programs to educate employees and supervisors on how to recognize, accommodate, and appreciate individual differences
  • Provide training and coaching to supervisors to develop their ability to lead in the areas of inclusion and diversity
  • Assist with developing messaging and reviewing materials, websites, and other communications to ensure cultural awareness and accessibility
  • Facilitate employee feedback sessions, discussion groups, and/or listening tours. Evaluate key takeaways and outcomes to recommend actionable steps
  • Facilitate DEIB training and events related to increasing awareness and education of all employees
  • Support new employee onboarding by incorporating equity strategies into an employee work experience
  • Oversee the development and implementation of DEIB training and assistance to programs and employees
  • Partner with or serve on DEIB Task Force and Employee Appreciation Committee

        • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or other -related field.
        • Professional Human Resources or Society of Human Resource Management certification or willing to obtain within six months.
        • Certificate in DEI preferred or willing to obtain within six months.
        • -A minimum of four (4) years of experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion with an emphasis on human resources, diversity programs, recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
        • -Proficient in Microsoft Office systems.
        • -Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing.
        • Organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects at one time.
        • Ability to work with a variety of people and maintain effective working relationships with all Employees including utilizing conflict resolution skills. -
