Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develops a search strategy which includes identifying target companies, advertising channels & research resources
- Maintains knowledge of and follows all federal and state laws related to the sourcing, selection and hiring of a qualified and diverse candidate pool
- Promotes the organization as a top workplace to applicants, candidates, search partners, other vendors, and the public; creates a positive experience for applicants, candidates and hiring managers including timely follow-up
- Acts as a SME for behavioral interviewing methodology
- Reviews applicants and conducts the initial screening
- Tracks recruiting metrics such as time to start, applicant by source, net hiring score, etc.; dispositions candidates in the applicant tracking system; looks for trends and adjusts tactics accordingly
- Maximizes the use of the applicant tracking system by self and hiring manager
- Pursues continuing education to foster awareness of new technology and best practices; updates process accordingly
- Compiles and submits annual EEO-1 and Affirmative Action data.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience
- HR certification(s) a plus
- Two to three years high volume non-exempt recruiting experience
- Expertise in behavioral interviewing required
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Familiarity with federal and state law, EEO and Affirmative Action
- Robust online research skills using Google and other tools
- Experience recruiting a variety of positions and levels, to include technology and management positions
- General human resources knowledge and/or experience as an HR generalist is a plus
