Job DescriptionRevaComm is a Honolulu, Hawaii-based enterprise
digital transformation company with over 30 years of experience.

commercial enterprises. Although we are based in Hawaii, this
position is fully remote.Role: As a senior technical recruiter, you
will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and
staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and
capable talent for the organization. We screen and hire for
technical and non-technical roles, such as software engineers,
UI/UX designers, DevSecOps engineers, project managers, sales
managers, and back-office roles. You will be a force multiplier,
freeing up hiring managers and other interviewers to only focus on
top candidates just like you! To be successful in this role, you

join us! Your Daily Responsibilities Can Include:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruiting needs
and positions to be filled
- Assist with developing job descriptions and hiring
criteria
- Assist with job postings, advertisements, and outreach
- Employ various sourcing methods to build pipelines of top
talent
- Screen qualified candidates for both technical and
non-technical positions
- Coordinate follow-on interviews between candidates and
employees and facilitate a positive candidate experience
- Develops talent acquisition solutions and makes recommendations
based on an understanding of the business strategy and stakeholder
needs
- Manage communications between candidates and the company
- Leverage technology to streamline the hiring process, decrease
time to hire, and increase candidate quality
- Represent the company, both digitally and in-person, at job
fairs, conferences, and other events
- Maintain project plans and project tracking records and is
responsible for successful completion of recruiting and other
related assigned projects on time and within budget
- Be part of a cross-functional team that respects, supports, and

their peersBasic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience
- Proficient with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office or
Google Workspace (formerly G Suite)
- BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent human resources
work experienceIt's A Plus If You Have:
- 5+ years of recruiting experience or HR experience
- 3+ years experience in the technology or software industry
- PHR/SHRM certificationWhy you'll say "I want to work at
