Job Description:

Leading Atlanta headquartered Corporation is searching for a Compensation Manager to join their team.
The Compensation Manager will report to the Head of Total Rewards and will be responsible for the management and execution of the Compensation Department's Day-to-Day operations.
The Total Rewards Group is an integrated strategy of programs and practices that help the company to attract, motivate and retain talent.
The Compensation Manager will serve as a subject matter expert for global base pay administration with a heavy focus on job evaluations, market benchmarking, offer recommendations, promotions, pay adjustments, and salary survey participation.
Primary Responsibilities
--- Conducts job analysis to determine appropriate salary levels according to job leveling guidelines, maintain documentation including job descriptions, survey benchmarks, FLSA classifications and relevant supporting data.--- Coordinates survey participation for multiple global surveys--- Participates in the analysis, design, implementation and communication of the global annual salary review process.--- Supports the administration of the short-term incentive programs.--- Addresses moderate to complex compensation questions using knowledge of compensation, human resources, and internal policies - Performs job evaluations as requested by internal stakeholders to evaluate and market price new and revised jobs - Sets up, maintains, and manages job-related data in the Workday HCM system. - Works with leadership to identify and recommend program changes as necessary - Use analytics to monitor the effectiveness of compensation plans, programs, and policies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree - Certification in compensation such as CPP, GRP, CSCP, etc. preferred, not required - 3+ years employee compensation/ total rewards experience. - Experience with compensation/base pay modeling, salary structures, incentive bonus design, and bench marking jobs to market and market pricing - Advanced Excel skills - Experience with Workday is a plus
