Under immediate direction of Customer Service Manager, or senior customer service personnel, responds to and solvesuser problems and issues. Includes problem recognition, research, and isolation and resolution steps. Typically is able toresolve less complex problems immediately, while unresolved problems are escalated to appropriate resource. Minimum Experience Requirements:
Knowledge of healthcare operations preferred. Organized, self-starter. Must be able to work independently.
