customers worldwide. Scope of Work: The Seasonal Ground Laborer
will maintain grounds of industrial, commercial and public property
and will operate equipment in the completion of daily job duties.
Responsibilities: Cutting grass or weeds with a mower, riding or
hand, trim hedges and edges around walks, flowerbeds, and wells,
using hedge trimmers, weed eaters, clippers and edging tools; hand
weed-pulling, raking, mulching landscapes. May drive ATV’s,
Kubota’s and other small equipment or Tractors; other related
duties as assigned. On a continuous basis must be able to pull,
push, lift or carry for 50 feet, sit, stand, bend, stoop, kneel,
crouch, crawl and twist for varying periods in the course of work.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Consistently produces quality products and service. Completes all
training within required timeline. Performs all work in a safe and
secure manner. Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum
Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent Directly related
experience preferred and/or formal vocational/technical training
and be physically able to perform the job responsibilities on a
continual/repetitive basis. Must maintain licenses and/or
credentials required for this position. Ability to speak, read, and
write English. Must possess the ability to interact well with
others in a team setting ability or alone and be able to change
jobs on short notice. Must be capable of working under tight time
constraints in a high-volume environment with multiple priorities.
Highly motivated, flexible organized and must be detail oriented.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Must be able to
maintain ability to access government worksite. Must have practical
knowledge of worksite safety, occupational hazards, and standard
safety practices. On a continuous basis must be able to pull, push,
lift or carry for 50 feet, sit, stand, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch,
crawl and twist for varying periods in the course of work. Must be
able to lift 50-75 lbs. Must be able to perform duties under
adverse weather conditions (extreme cold / heat, etc.). Outside
work in winter, summer, rain, sleet, and snow and on uneven terrain
– side hills and slopes. Must be able to work alternate and
extended shift schedules when necessary to meet the customer’s
mission requirements, including weekends and holidays. Must be able
to perform on-call duties when necessary and report to work within
the required timeframe from notification. Must have and maintain a
valid state driver’s license to operate a company vehicle. Must
have a safe driving record, as defined by Company policy, to
operate a company vehicle. Must be able to successfully complete a
drug/alcohol test and a criminal record check. Benefits: THTBC
