Job Description:

Bearfruit is a jewelry retail/wholesale/franchising company located in Irvine, CA.

We are looking for an assistant store manager to lead our three kiosks at Denver International Airport (Denver, CO ). The key objective of this position is to exponentially grow the business, develop team members who will go above and beyond, and build long-lasting customer relations.

Responsibilities & Job Duties

-Developing staff as individuals and into a team

-Creating and executing plans for profit and staff development

-Coordinating the entire operation during the scheduled shifts

-Managing staff throughout their shifts and providing them feedback

-Checking stock levels and ordering supplies

-Ensuring all customers receive good service

-A friendly and approachable attitude

-Ability to keep a clean work environment

Qualifications & Skills

- 3 years+ of sales experience in a retail environment

-Must be legally authorized to work in the US

-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- verbal and written

-Willingness and availability to travel locally

Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
