Job Description:

-We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated professionals to be an integral part of our community outreach and customer service team. Our community outreach and fundraising team is built on a firm belief in customer service and providing true value to our clients. Our team of - Community Outreach & Customer Service Associate is a key to this approach as we help our clients manage their fundraising needs.Community Outreach & Customer Service Assocaite Responsibilities:

Maintain knowledge of our nonprofit clients brands, their outreach goals and initiatives -Plan and run presentations with the goal of driving revenue and increasing brand awareness -Provide excellent customer service to every potential donor -Cultivate new opportunities within assigned territories through onsite events -Create an inviting and welcoming atmosphere -Support all team membersIdentify trends and potential opportunities for growth within the territory -Community Outreach & Customer Service Assocaite Qualifications:

Good communication and interpersonal skillsPrevious experience in customer service, sales, or other related fieldsSelf-motivated, determined, and confidentAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment0-2 Years experience in Territory Sales, or related fieldBachelor's Degree is preferred (not required)Travel is required
