a skillful Fabrication Supervisor, who's passionate for overseeing
and partaking in the daily operations of Machinists, Saw Operators,
Painting & Sandblasting Operators, and CNC Plasma Operators.
-Position: Fabrication Supervisor - -Schedule: -1:30 pm to 10:00 pm
M-F -Salary Range: $51,000 - $71,000 -Job Type: Full time -We

Coordinates with supervisors to
establish goals and criteria to be used in performance evaluations
for assigned staff.Plan overtime and work schedules with production
manager. Keeps and maintains appropriate production and employee
records.Reads blueprints, schematics, or similar documentation,
then builds to those specifications while following provided work
instructions.--- -Uses various machines and hand tools to
accomplish assigned tasks.--- -Maintain the organization of the
fabrication and steel yard.Ensures all parts and/or raw materials
in assemblies are ready for assembly and outsourcing.Comply with
all safety guidelines and use all Personal Protection Equipment
(PPE).--- -Ensure that all subordinates and new hires are trained
to company standards for performance. Performs other duties as
needed to drive to the vision, fulfill the mission and abide by the
values of the organization. - --- - -Required Qualifications:
Excellent managerial and supervisory
skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.At least
six months experience in construction, distribution, or
manufacturing requiredHigh School Diploma or GEDMust be at least 18
years of ageBasic math and reasoning skills Must be able to lift 50
pounds at a time. -Must have good hand/eye coordination. -
-Preferred Qualifications:
Self-motivated and
self-directedAbility to meet deadlines with limited
supervisionExperience with flat bar, angle iron, sheet metal,
multiple thicknesses, and types Experience operating a forklift
