Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is looking for a restaurant recruiter in the Colorado market. As the Kneaders Recruiter for the Colorado market, you will partner with the District Leader and General Managers to staff the 9 restaurant locations throughout Denver. You will play an integral part in the sourcing, recruiting and selection of top Restaurant Managers and Key Employees.ResponsibilitiesYou'll love this position if you are excited about:

    • Manage the selection process including: requisition management, documenting the selection process in the ATS, sourcing candidates, behavioral interviewing, generating offers and facilitating the on-boarding process for candidates.
    • Full-cycle recruiting for Restaurant Managers and Key Employees.
    • Performs extensive screening of candidates weekly, vetting for culture, behavior, fundamental technical skills and targeted competencies.
    • Partner with the District Leader and General Managers to understand their hiring needs as well as coaching them on effective behavioral interview techniques, workforce planning practices and compensation requirements.
    • Fully utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) reviewing and prescreening resumes weekly while conducting competency based pre-screen interviews.
    • Strategically use social media and sourcing tools (i.e. LinkedIn, Indeed) to generate a healthy pool of qualified candidates.
    • Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top candidates, while reducing the time to hire.
    • Contribute to continuous recruiting process improvement efforts, while ensuring accurate reporting and data for distribution and analysis on candidate flow, time-to-fill, cost per hire, etc.
    • Leverage behavioral assessments to guide the hiring decision.
    • Create and distribute new hire information data, offer letters, and documentation for all newly hired employees.
    • Handle scheduling and administrative tasks with minimal assistance from others.
    • Post roles on ATS and social media in line with brand guidelines. Use different methods of talent sourcing to bring in talent.Qualifications:
      • Minimum of three years of full cycle recruiting experience to include sourcing, screening and interviewing
      • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
      • Proficient in Microsoft: Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
      • Knowledge of the legal do's and don'ts of interviewing.
      • Ability to multi-task and handle many projects and candidates at any given time.
      • Bachelor's degreeWhat we prefer:
        • Some Restaurant or hospitality recruiting experience
        • Restaurant or Kitchen Manager experienceEducation:
          • Bachelor's (Preferred)Experience:
            • Microsoft Office: 3 years (Required)
            • Recruiting: 3 years (Required)
            • All Google Platforms (Required)
