Manager at Centura Health, you'll advocate for patients while
collaborating closely with interdisciplinary health care partners,
facilities and families to ensure the best possible care experience
from admission through discharge and beyond by connecting patients
to resources that help them maintain and build on positive
outcomes.?Utilizes clinical expertise, discretion, and independent
judgment in assessing/reassessing, facilitating care
coordination,?utilization management, and patient advocacy.
Responsible for assuring medical appropriateness criteria are met
for status?and level of care.What You Bring/Job RequirementsIn
addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day,
qualified candidates will need the following:
- Nursing Diploma or Associates Degree in Nursing required; BSN
- RN License in Applicable State of Employment required
- 1 year of nursing or case management experience required.
- Experience working with EMR preferred.
- Working knowledge of regulatory requirements and accreditation
standards strongly preferred.
- BLS from the American Heart Association preferredPhysical
Requirements -?Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally,
and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs
constantly)?Schedule: Part Time Days- 0.50 FTE- 40 hours per pay
period- 3 days 1st week, 2 days 2nd weekShift: day shifts- 8 hours,
need availability to a shift ending at 6:30pm or 7pm, at least 1
weekend per month?**? This position could be hired as a Full Time
role if a candidate with Case Management experience desires**Your
