COLORADO SPRINGS OUTPATIENT GI PHYSICIAN OPENING

A well-established gastroenterology practice in the Colorado Springs market is seeking an Outpatient GI Physician to join a growing and dynamic group. The practice operates two ambulatory surgery centers along with clinics at Cascade and Interquest, providing a strong operational infrastructure and an established patient base across the market. Physicians enjoy a collaborative culture with shared call coverage at Memorial Hospital and meaningful involvement in research opportunities as a Principal Investigator.

Compensation is among the most competitive in the specialty, with a base salary ranging from $500,000 to $600,000 dependent on experience, plus a productivity model that rewards performance once a collections threshold is met. Additional financial upside includes equity interest in the group, a long-term incentive structure for physicians who commit to the practice, and a percentage of research collections creating multiple income streams well beyond a traditional employed model. Relocation support is also provided.
