Practice Setting and Clinical Scope

Become an integral part of a patient-centered, two-provider ENT practice, supported by two audiologists and an advanced practice provider. This position involves working across outpatient, inpatient, and clinic settings in a Level 3 Trauma facility. You will have the opportunity to manage a diverse range of cases, averaging 20-25 patients per day, with ample time allocated for both new and follow-up visits. Our state-of-the-art clinic space includes a procedure room and all necessary equipment to support your practice.

Schedule and Assignment Details

Enjoy a balanced 4-day work week, with three days dedicated to clinic work and one day in the operating room. The call schedule is favorably arranged with a 1:2 low volume call, allowing you to manage your own patients. Weekend schedules align with the on-call schedule, promoting a harmonious work-life balance. The position is open for immediate start, with flexibility for new graduates expected to achieve Board Certification within three years.

Qualifications

• Must be Board Certified or TRULY Board Eligible in Otolaryngology, actively working towards certification within three years.
• Possession of a Colorado medical license or willingness to obtain one.
• Clean malpractice record and a recent NPDB Self Query Report.
• DEA certification must be obtained before starting.
• Additional training in Otology or Laryngology is preferred.
• Not accepting candidates requiring visa support or those seeking locum, 1099, or alternate shift arrangements.
• Applicants should not have lapsed Board Certification.
