• Job Setting: Inpatient, Emergency Room, Level III Trauma

• Credentialing: 30-days

• Board Certified or Board Eligible General Surgery within 0-5 years of residency completion
• Certifications: ATLS
• Licensure: Active Colorado license required or active IMLC with LOQ in hand
