Physical Therapist Location: Ft. Collins, CO Agency: Jackson Therapy Partners Pay: $2,413 to $2,613 per week Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join a traveling Physical Therapist team in Ft. Collins, CO, working in an outpatient clinic to help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions. Apply now and a recruiter will reach out with more details. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Current, active Colorado Physical Therapy license required prior to start of assignment. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience evaluating and treating outpatient orthopedic and musculoskeletal injuries in a clinic setting. Demonstrated ability to communicate treatment plans and progress to interdisciplinary medical teams and specialty physicians such as orthopedic or hand surgeons. Experience working with outpatient documentation systems and reporting patient progress to referring providers. Preferred: Prior outpatient orthopedic caseload experience and familiarity with common modalities and manual therapy techniques. This item is preferred, not required. Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient clinic. Behavior Characteristics: Monday through Friday schedule. Duration: 13 week assignment. Positions Available: 1 position. Location Highlights Ft.
