Job Description:
Intermountain Healthcare seeks a dedicated and compassionate
Registered Nurse ICU to join our critical care team. Nestled amidst

candidate will be a pivotal part of the Intensive Care Unit (ICU),
providing top-tier nursing care and support for patients with
life-threatening health conditions. This role requires a highly
skilled nurse who thrives under pressure and can effectively
collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional
patient outcomes. Assess, plan, and administer patient care to
critically ill patients. Monitor patient progress and adjust
treatments accordingly. Operate and monitor life-support equipment.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to
form a high-performing medical team. Educate patients and their
families on treatment plans and health management post-discharge.
Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to confidentiality and
ethical standards. Strong clinical skills in a high-intensity
setting. Excellent ability to manage stress and make critical
decisions under pressure. Capacity to work collaboratively in a
dynamic medical team. Advanced proficiency in operating complex
healthcare equipment. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
in the state of Utah. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). Certification in Critical
Care Nursing (CCRN) preferred but not required.
