Job Description:

nursing care to patients with spinal conditions. Assist in surgical
procedures and monitor patients post-operation for complications.
Manage medication and pain control in line with healthcare
protocols. Educate patients and their families on disease
processes, surgical procedures, and proper recovery techniques.
Document patient care services by charting in patient and
department records. Maintain a cooperative relationship among
health care teams by communicating information and participating in
team problem-solving methods. Proficient in clinical skills with an
emphasis on pain management and surgical recovery Strong ability to
operate medical equipment and technology relevant to ortho spine
care Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Medical

Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice BLS/ACLS
Certification Orthopedic Nursing Certification (ONC) preferred but
not required.
