Doctor of Medicine | Urology Location: Denver, CO Employer: All Star Healthcare Solutions Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: Days Start Date: ASAP About the Position Chief of Urology Opportunity – Permanent Position in Colorado Job Title: Chief of Urology Provider Details: Specialty: Urology Job Class: Permanent Provider Type: Physician Provider Credentials: MD/DO Board Status: Board Certified Shift Details: Estimated Start Date: Negotiable based on candidate availability Requested Date of Coverage and Schedule: Full-time, permanent leadership role Schedule Details: Monday – Friday, Mux of clinic, OR, and administrative responsibilities Procedures: General urologic procedures; opportunity to develop subspecialty interests Certifications Needed: Active or eligible for Colorado medical license; Board Certification in Urology Patient Population/Case Load: Adult population; mix of outpatient and inpatient responsibilities Call Coverage: Taking shared call (only 14 - 21 days a year) Trauma Level: Level I Trauma Center Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the urology department, including clinical oversight and strategic planning Provide high-quality urologic care to a diverse adult patient population Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care Participate in quality improvement initiatives and program development This position is in an academic hospital, teaching residents and fellows Qualifications: MD or DO degree with completion of an accredited urology residency Board Certified in Urology Active Colorado medical license (or ability to obtain prior to start) Proven leadership experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
