(RN) with specialized skills in Cardiovascular Operating Room
(CVOR) nursing to support a dynamic surgical team in Frisco, TX.
This contract opportunity allows experienced nurses to apply their
expertise in a fast-paced, technologically advanced surgical
environment focused on cardiovascular procedures. Key
Responsibilities: Prepare, assist, and provide nursing care in the
cardiovascular operating room during surgical procedures. Monitor
patients vital signs and condition before, during, and after
surgery. Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and
surgical technologists to ensure smooth surgical workflows and
patient safety. Maintain strict adherence to infection control
policies and surgical protocols. Document patient care accurately
and timely in line with regulatory standards. Desired
Qualifications: Current RN licensure with proven experience in CVOR
nursing. Strong understanding of cardiovascular surgical procedures
and instruments. Ability to respond quickly and effectively in
critical situations. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced
Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred. Location
