Job Description:
Intermountain Healthcare invites applications for the position
of Registered Nurse in the Medical Surgical Unit, 3 West. This role
provides a critical service at our patient-centric, not-for-profit

multi-tasking in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. Assess, plan,
implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with established
standards, policies, and procedures. Monitor, administer, and
record prescribed medications and treatments timely and accurately.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient
outcomes. Educate patients and families on post-hospital care,
promoting optimal recovery. Maintain patient records with accuracy,
updating healthcare and treatment information as needed.
Participate in continuous education to improve skills and stay
abreast of modern nursing practices. Proficiency in managing high
patient loads in medical-surgical settings. Strong interpersonal
and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a
team-oriented healthcare environment. Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
in the state of Utah. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
required.
