Job Description:
Encompass Health Littleton Rehabilitation invites compassionate
and dedicated Registered Nurses to join a team devoted to superior
care. This role specializes in delivering personalized
rehabilitation programs designed to aid patients in their recovery
from diverse injuries and conditions. Our focus is on ensuring
holistic patient wellness and optimal recovery, leveraging
state-of-the-art facilities and innovative treatment plans. Assess
patient conditions by monitoring vital signs, symptoms, and
responses to treatment. Administer medications accurately and
monitor for side effects. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
to formulate effective rehabilitation plans. Document patient care
services by charting in patient and department records. Educate
patients and families on treatment protocols, medications, and
self-care skills. Ensure the equipment is operating correctly and
maintain safe and clean working environments. Comply with hospital
and legal requirements by fostering nursing practices that adhere
to the hospital's policies and state requirements. Proficiency in
medical software (e.g., Cerner, Epic Systems) Strong skills in
emergency response and patient monitoring Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills Critical thinking and problem-solving
capabilities Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of
practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) required, Advanced Cardiac Life
Support (ACLS) preferred.
