Job Description:

Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Room Float Pool. This role
requires adaptability and proficiency in delivering high-quality
care to patients in various emergency units. Our facility provides

and patient-centered care. Provide comprehensive nursing care in
multiple emergency settings, adapting skills and methodologies to
differing patient needs. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate
patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team. Administer
medications and treatments accurately and safely. Document patient
care and outcomes with precision and in accordance with legal and
hospital requirements. Support patient and family education
regarding medical conditions and treatment plans. High-level
proficiency in emergency care and crisis management Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively
in a fast-paced and changing environment Strong decision-making and
