UCHealth, a respected leader in healthcare services based in Colorado, is currently seeking a seasoned CT XR Technologist Lead to join our team. This role focuses on providing top-notch imaging services within our state-of-the-art facilities. The successful candidate will offer leadership to our radiology team, overseeing the delivery of computed tomography (CT) and radiographic (XR) procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining the highest levels of patient care. Oversee daily operations of the radiology department including CT and XR imaging. Ensure all imaging processes comply with safety protocols and legal requirements. Maintain high quality control standards and continuously evaluate new techniques and technologies. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of technologists, providing training and performance evaluations. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes and department efficiency. Communicate effectively with patients, explaining procedures and addressing concerns. Manage departmental administrative duties such as scheduling, record keeping, and compliance documentation. Expertise in CT and XR imaging techniques. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using medical imaging software. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards.
