Job Description:

pivotal role as a Registered Nurse OR Service Line Lead

As a leader in our operating room team, you will oversee the
surgical processes, ensure adherence to all procedural guidelines,
and foster an environment of safety and efficiency. Our network
spans nearly 2,000 care sites, offering a stable and nurturing
environment for our employees, fostering growth, and encouraging
continuous professional development. Oversee daily operations in
the ENT and Urology surgical services. Coordinate with surgical
teams to ensure all health and safety standards are met. Implement
and monitor compliance with all healthcare regulations and our
internal procedures. Manage staffing schedules, training, and
development of OR personnel in your service line. Collaborate with
other healthcare professionals to innovate and improve surgical
techniques and patient outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation
and patient records according to compliance and privacy
regulations. Expertise in ENT and Urology surgical practices.
Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with electronic
healthcare records (EHR) systems. Ability to manage multiple
priorities in a high-pressure environment. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Currently licensed
as a Registered Nurse in applicable state. Certification in
Operating Room Nursing (CNOR) preferred. BLS certified; ACLS
certification is a plus.
