Job Description:
HCA Healthcare invites dedicated nursing professionals to join
our team as a Weekend Only Registered Nurse in our Medical
Telemetry (Med Tele) unit. This position focuses on providing
high-level care to patients with varying degrees of illnesses and
monitoring their telemetry status in a fast-paced environment. Join
a team that is committed to transforming healthcare and enhancing
patient outcomes through innovative care. Monitor patient
conditions and assess their needs to provide the best possible care
and advice. Observe and interpret patient's telemetry data.
Administer patients’ medications and treatments. Collaborate with
interdisciplinary healthcare teams to facilitate integrated and
comprehensive care. Maintain accurate health care records and
report any pertinent changes in patient condition. Implement
patient care plans with the supervision of health care
professionals. Educate patients and their families on prevention
and health maintenance. Strong clinical skills with a focus on
cardiac care and telemetry. Excellent decision-making and
problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal
skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in handling medical equipment and software used for
monitoring patients. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse license in
the state of practice. BLS certification. ACLS certification
preferred.
