Kaiser Permanente Georgia is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated healthcare team at Smoky Hill Medical Offices. With our commitment to providing exceptional care and coverage, this role entails working seamlessly within our healthcare network to offer outstanding services, ensuring patient wellness and advanced care coordination. Provide basic patient care under the direction of registered nurses and doctors Administer medications and treatments, and monitor patient health status Record patient medical history and vital signs accurately Educate patients and their families on health care, treatments and ways to maintain their health Maintain a clean and safe environment for all patients Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver effective patient care Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting Efficient in maintaining accurate patient records Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Capability to handle stressful situations Valid Georgia Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license CPR certification
