Job Description:
UCHealth is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Practical
Nurse (LPN) specializing in Acute Care Medicine to join our team.
This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality, compassionate, and
patient-centered care in our state-of-the-art facilities across
Colorado. As an LPN in Acute Care Medicine Specialties, you will
work alongside a team of exceptional healthcare professionals to
support the treatment of patients with various medical conditions.
This position requires a strong commitment to enhancing patient
outcomes and adhering to best practices in a dynamic healthcare
environment. Provide nursing care under the supervision of
registered nurses and physicians. Monitor patient health and
maintain accurate health records electronically. Administer
medications and treatments as prescribed. Assist in diagnostic
testing and interpretation of results. Educate patients and
families on treatment plans and health maintenance. Ensure
compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient
care. Implement patient care plans effectively. Strong clinical
skills in a hospital setting. Proficient in using medical software
for patient records. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. Ability to work effectively in a team. Strong
organizational and multitasking skills. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current LPN license
valid in Colorado. CPR certification.
