Details - Located at an acute care hospital in Vail, CO - Performs both CT and general radiographic (X-Ray) examinations - Patient population spans all age groups, from neonates/infants through geriatric (80) - Night shift: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM, typically Monday–Wednesday but schedule may vary - 3x12-hour night shifts per week - 13-week contract - Uses HIS and PACS computer systems for patient documentation Requirements - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare imaging setting - ARRT(R) and ARRT(CT) credentials required — R.T.(R)(CT)(ARRT) - Current BLS required - Active state license required if applicable - Must be able to manually lift up to 35 lbs frequently - Must possess the computer skills necessary to complete online learning, access online forms and policies, and complete digital workflows - Must have working knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking Additional Information - Performs CT and radiographic exams per facility protocols, reviews images for technical accuracy, and routes completed exams to radiologists - Identifies patients and verifies exam orders for consistency with clinical diagnosis and demographic information - Communicates pertinent post-procedure data to patient care team members - Monitors and maintains inventory of exam room supplies - Maintains compliance with radiation protection, infection control, and universal precaution standards - Requires frequent walking (30%) and lifting (30%) throughout the shift - DOB and SSN may be required for consideration American Traveler Job ID P-685605.
