Compensation & Benefits $350,000 Base Salary 9% Employer Pension Contribution annually Comprehensive benefits package Relocation assistance provided Malpractice coverage CME support Established patient base with strong referral network Opportunity to work in a highly respected dermatology practice Work Schedule 4-day work week 8-hour clinic shifts Full-time outpatient dermatology position Balanced schedule designed to support both patient care and physician work-life balance Strong clinical support staff to assist with patient flow and procedures Key Responsibilities Diagnose and treat a broad range of medical dermatologic conditions Develop individualized treatment plans for patients Perform dermatologic procedures including biopsies, excisions, and lesion removal Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive skin care Maintain accurate patient documentation and medical records Stay current with emerging dermatology treatments and best practices Collaborate with clinical staff to deliver exceptional patient care Required Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible Dermatologist Active or eligible for Colorado Medical License Strong clinical expertise in medical dermatology Excellent patient communication and education skills Commitment to delivering high-quality patient-centered care Ability to work in a collaborative private practice environment Skills & Competencies Expertise in diagnosing and managing common dermatologic conditions Experience performing dermatologic procedures (biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy) Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills Ability to develop personalized treatment plans Strong communication and patient education abilities Proficiency with EMR systems and clinical documentation
