Job Description: The Registered Nurse (RN) is a compassionate
and skilled caregiver who plays a critical role in providing

position involves taking responsibility and accountability for
assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care that
supports patients in maintaining their independence and improving
their quality of life. The home health RN uses the nursing process,

practices, and seamless coordination with multidisciplinary team

discussed in an interview. Minimum Qualifications Current RN
License in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS)
certification for healthcare providers Valid driver's license with
reliable transportation, acceptable driving record, and current
auto insurance Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Effective
Communication Skills - Ability to communicate clearly and
professionally with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Experience: RNs with less than 12 months of experience as an RN
must complete their BSN within five years of their start date.
Note: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required as of the
job description's last update on 4/27/2025. Employees hired or
promoted prior to this date will be held to the minimum
requirements that were in place at the time of their promotion or
hire. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
One year of RN experience in Acute Care, Home Health, or Hospice

team! Ongoing need for employee to see and read information,
labels, assess patient needs, operate monitors, identify equipment
and supplies. Frequent interactions with patient care providers,
patients, and visitors that require employee to verbally
communicate as well as hear and understand spoken information,
alarms, needs, and issues quickly and accurately, particularly
during emergency situations. Manual dexterity of hands and fingers
to manipulate complex and delicate equipment with precision and
accuracy. This includes frequent computer use and typing for
documenting patient care, accessing needed information, medication
preparation, and driving a vehicle. Expected to lift and utilize
full range of movement to transfer patients. Will also bend to
retrieve, lift, and carry supplies and equipment. Typically
includes items of varying weights, up to and including heavy items.
Need to walk and assist with transporting/ambulating patients and
obtaining and distributing supplies and equipment. This includes
pushing/pulling portable equipment, including heavy items. Often
required to navigate crowded and busy rooms (full of furniture,
equipment, power cords on the floor, etc). Need to ascend and
descend stairs or uneven surface in order to access patients.
Expected to drive a vehicle which requires sitting, seeing and
reading signs, traffic signals, and other vehicles. Location:

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 0 The hourly range for this position is
listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. $37.17
