Job Description:
Swedish Medical Center, a leader in patient-centered healthcare,
is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse for our Inpatient Wound Care
Ostomy unit. This position requires specialized skills to aid in
the healing and management of wounds and ostomies, which are
essential for our patient-centric care model. The candidate will
work closely with a multidisciplinary team to maintain our high
standards of care, utilizing the latest technologies and procedures
in a state-of-the-art facility. Assess patient condition and
develop appropriate wound and ostomy care plans. Implement and
monitor patient care plans for effectiveness and adjust as
necessary. Educate patients and families on care techniques and
management. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance
patient outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation and compliance
with healthcare regulations. Advanced knowledge of wound care and
ostomy management Strong clinical skills in a hospital setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work
effectively in a multidisciplinary team Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license
Certified Wound Ostomy Nurse (CWON) preferred CPR certification
required
