Swedish Medical Center is seeking an experienced RN Inpatient Certified Wound Care Ostomy to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert care and education to patients with wound, ostomy, and continence care needs in an inpatient setting. Our facility is dedicated to delivering excellent, patient-focused healthcare, complemented by the latest medical technology and practices. Assess patient conditions and plan effective wound and ostomy care management strategies. Implement and manage direct care using evidence-based practices for wound and ostomy patients. Educate patients and families on care processes and management plans. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure quality care delivery. Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress in accordance with legal and hospital standards. Advanced knowledge and clinical skills in wound and ostomy care. Strong patient assessment capabilities. Excellent communication and educational skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of practice. Certification in Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nursing (CWOCN) required.
