Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation reflecting patient condition and care. Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatment, and prevention. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Strong clinical skills with the ability to react decisively in emergency situations. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining treatments and conditions to patients of all ages. Proficiency with medical software used for patient care management. Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Must possess a current RN license in the state of Colorado. BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS preferred.
