Job Description ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Orthopedics for a travel nursing job in Denver, Colorado. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Orthopedics - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel RN Position Job Notes: /n/n Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. /n/n Opportunity: /n RN - Orthopedics /n/n Job Details: /n • Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM /n• Maintain 1:5 nursing patient ratio with independent management of 5 patients /n• Care for diverse patient population including elective orthopedic and orthopedic trauma patients /n• Perform dressing changes and patient assessments /n• Work on 20-bed orthopedic unit located on 9 South of main hospital /n• Use Meditech EMR system for documentation /n• Must have experience working independently on surgical units /n• Previous pain management experience preferred /n• Previous orthopedic experience preferred /n• Must demonstrate positive attitude and strong teamwork skills /n• Work alongside dedicated nursing team of 1 charge nurse and 4 staff nurses per shift /n/n Facility: /n This healthcare facility is part of a comprehensive medical system providing specialized orthopedic care in a state-of-the-art environment.
