Job Description:
UCHealth is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for our
Emergency Department (ED) Fellowship Float Pool. This position
offers the unique opportunity to train and work across various
emergency departments within our Colorado facilities. The selected
candidate will participate in a comprehensive fellowship program,
designed to enhance clinical skills in high-acuity care settings
and ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care. Provide direct
and individualized nursing care to patients based on the
application of scientific nursing principles. Float among various
emergency departments to manage care for patients with varying
levels of acuity. Monitor, record, and communicate patient
conditions as appropriate using computerized documentation systems.
Participate in educational programs to enhance nursing knowledge
and skills. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to
improve care processes and outcomes. Ability to handle high-stress
situations and make decisions under pressure Strong interpersonal
and communication skills Proficiency in using healthcare software
and systems Adaptability to work in multiple emergency environments

401k Current Registered Nurse license to practice in the state of
Colorado Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced
Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
