Job Description:
UCHealth is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to
join our ED Fellowship Float Pool team. This role is essential in
maintaining our commitment to excellence in patient-centric care.
The RN ED Fellowship Float Pool position offers a unique
opportunity to work across various emergency departments, enhancing
your skills and knowledge in emergency care while providing
critical support where it is most needed. This is a dynamic role
designed for nurses who are ready to take on new challenges and
deepen their emergency medicine expertise in a supportive,
learning-focused environment. Provide comprehensive nursing care in
multiple emergency units based on staffing needs. Assess, plan,
implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the
interdisciplinary team. Respond promptly to medical emergencies and
provide lifesaving support. Document patient care and specific
interventions thoroughly and accurately. Participate in
departmental training, ensuring up-to-date knowledge of emergency
procedures and equipment. Strong clinical skills in emergency
medical situations Ability to adapt quickly to new departments and
fluctuating workloads Exceptional communication and interpersonal
skills Proficiency in using medical software and electronic health
records Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state
of Colorado BLS Certification ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life
Support) preferred
