UCHealth, a leader in patient-centered care, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our ICU Float Pool under the RN Fellowship program. This position offers the unique opportunity to work across multiple ICU departments, enhancing skills and experience in critical care. Candidates will participate in specialized training to handle a diverse range of critical care situations, supported by cutting-edge technology and a collaborative healthcare team. Provide high-quality patient care across various intensive care units. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for critically ill patients. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to tailor interventions. Participate in regular training sessions and workshops to enhance clinical skills. Ensure compliance with hospital policies and maintain accurate patient records. Advanced clinical skills in critical care environments. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado. BLS/ACLS certification required. CCRN certification preferred but not mandatory.
