Swedish Medical Center, a premier member of HealthONE, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our outpatient Burn Clinic. This role is pivotal in providing specialized nursing care to patients with burn injuries. The ideal candidate will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to offer comprehensive, patient-centered care in our state-of-the-art facilities. You will utilize advanced medical resources and practices to support recovery and improve the quality of life for patients at every stage of their treatment. Assess, plan, and administer nursing care for burn patients in an outpatient setting. Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, therapists, and other medical professionals to develop tailored care plans. Monitor patient recovery and adjust care plans based on progress. Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and home care strategies. Maintain accurate patient records and prepare reports on patients' status. Adhere to all hospital safety protocols and procedures. Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities. Strong clinical skills with a focus on burn care and wound management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using medical software and electronic health records. Capable of critical thinking and swift decision-making under pressure. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Certified Burn Nurse (CBN) preferred or willingness to obtain certification within the first year of employment.
