Prepare operating rooms for surgery, ensuring all necessary
equipment and supplies are available and in working order. Assist
in surgical operations under the direct supervision of surgeons and
senior nurses, maintaining sterile environments at all times.
Administer and monitor patient medication and post-surgery
recovery. Record patients’ medical information and vital signs,
updating patient health files. Collaborate with healthcare
professionals to plan, implement, and assess procedures.
Participate in post-operative patient care and discharge planning.
Maintain continuing education in the latest medical procedures and
participate in internal training sessions. Strong clinical skills
in a surgical environment Proficiency with electronic medical
record (EMR) systems Ability to work effectively in high pressure,
fast-paced settings Excellent interpersonal and communication
skills Strong attention to detail Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered
Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Basic Life Support
(BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
